Yamaha SA-20 Tom Scholz of Boston

Yamaha SA-20 Tom Scholz of Boston

Provenance: This Yamaha semi‑hollow electric guitar was purchased directly from Tom Scholz of Boston in 1974, during the period when I was assisting him at Poor Farm Recording in Hudson, MA. The guitar bears Yamaha’s factory neck/assembly number 3357 and a separate inventory number 4080 engraved on both the guitar and its original case, consistent with early studio or touring asset tracking. The instrument remains in the same condition as when received from Tom.
